Email shop@teeologica.com with your app version, device model, and a description of the issue. Please avoid sending sensitive site coordinates unless they are necessary to investigate your request.
Free planning and Pro
Free includes two saved sites, one 360° coverage or terrain-visibility plot, repeated point-to-point checks, full charts, and reports. Only a successfully saved plot uses the free allowance; failed or canceled attempts do not. Optional MeshPath Pro subscriptions add more sites, additional 360° plots, network checks, and candidate site suggestions. Your saved results remain available after Pro ends.
Manage a subscription
In MeshPath, open Settings and choose Manage Subscription. To recover an active purchase, choose Restore Purchases. You can also manage Apple subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Terrain and connectivity
New terrain tiles need an internet connection. Previously downloaded terrain can work offline; maps and place search may still require a connection. If elevation is unavailable, retry the analysis or keep planning with your saved sites. Missing heights are not treated as flat ground.
